Rights to Artwork, Images and Text

I retain the rights to all artwork I create including sold and commission pieces. This means I can make reproductions of any artwork that I create unless the collector has purchased full or partial rights to the artwork in addition to purchasing the original. If you are interested in purchasing all rights to the artwork, please contact me.

Collectors may not reproduce my artwork in any way without my written permission. If my artwork is reproduced in a magazine or other media publication, I ask that I am given credit.

When you purchase an original, you have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but may not reproduce it or resell for profit without my written permission.
